Founded in 2003 and located in Shifang Economic Development Zone, Sichuan Province, Shifang Xingong Metal Material Co., Ltd. is a special metal material manufacturer specialized in the R&D, production and sales of tool and mould Steels. Its main products include wires, round bars, flat bars and plates / sheets of martensitic stainless steel, precipitation-hardening stainless steel, high-temperature and corrosion-resistant alloy steel, cold-working and hot-working mould steel.

The Company has a complete set of refining, casting, forging, rolling and precision machining production equipment, and supporting R&D, inspection and testing equipment. The Company has 4 sets of non-vacuum induction furnaces, 1 set of 3-ton vacuum induction furnace and 1 set of vacuum self-consuming furnace, 13 sets of 0.3~10-ton electroslag remelting furnaces, one 10-ton AOD/LF/VOD refining production line, 4 sets of fast forging equipment, 2 sets of heat treatment furnaces, and several supporting precision machining production equipment and inspection and testing equipment, and the annual production capacity of high-quality tool and mould steel exceeds 20, 000 tons.
The Company has 22 national patents, and has established a whole-process quality control management system from product design, process development, production management, inspection and testing. It has passed ISO 9001 quality management system certification and GJB 9001C weapon and equipment quality management system certification.
The Company has an export company Sichuan Super Metal Material Co., Ltd. In Sichuan headquarters, Wuxi New Area Jiangyou Special Steel Co., Ltd. In Wuxi City, Jiangsu Province, a precision machining production base in Dainan Town, Jiangsu Province, and a sales branch company in Dongguan City, Guangdong Province. More than 3, 000 tons of various steel grades products are kept in stock throughout the year.
