It is a high-strength martensitic stainless steel with high strength and hardness, suitable for withstanding heavy loads and impact loads. It also exhibits good high-temperature performance and is applicable to medium and high-temperature environments below 600°C. Its excellent wear resistance and fatigue resistance can extend the service life of key components. Compared with conventional martensitic stainless steels, it features a more superior balance of comprehensive properties.

Applications

It is mainly used for high-temperature load-bearing components in aero-engines and gas turbines, such as high-pressure compressor blades, turbine disks, fasteners, and combustion chamber components. It is also suitable for marine power systems, high-temperature and high-pressure valves in petrochemical industry, corrosion-resistant structural parts in nuclear industry, and high-stress mold manufacturing. It is particularly suitable for critical parts and components serving in corrosive media, high mechanical loads, and thermal fatigue conditions.
